How It Works

From packaging dimensions to finished rolls, Labelay keeps custom label ordering in a clear sequence.

1. Choose your label

Select the label type and material that fit your packaging. For most product applications, this starts with Paper, White BOPP, Clear BOPP, or another specialty material.

2. Set the shape and finished size

Choose a standard shape or custom shape and enter the final label dimensions. Measure the actual application area on your container before ordering.

3. Choose finish and quantity

Select the finish and total number of labels. Pricing changes with material, size, finish, and production quantity.

4. Add the number of designs

If you have several SKUs, scents, flavors, or variations that share compatible specifications, enter the number of artworks you want to include. The combined allocation must equal the total order quantity.

5. Upload artwork

Provide print-ready artwork whenever possible. Vector PDF, AI, EPS, or SVG files are preferred; high-resolution raster files can also be accepted when suitable. See the Artwork Guide for details.

6. Artwork review and proofing

We review files for common production issues. If a proof or correction is required, production starts after the necessary approval is complete.

7. Print, finish, and ship

Your order is produced to the approved specifications, packed, and released to the carrier. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
