Labelay is being built around a Turkey-to-U.S. production and fulfillment workflow. We will publish only delivery promises that can be supported consistently by the final manufacturing and carrier setup.

How turnaround will be measured

Production time starts after the artwork is considered print-ready and any required approval has been completed. Artwork corrections or delayed approvals can move the production start date.

Production

The exact standard and rush production windows will be added after live test orders with the selected manufacturer. Until those tests are complete, the site will not advertise an unverified number of business days.

Shipping

U.S. shipping methods and delivery estimates will be based on the final carrier route and package profile. Tracking will be provided when the shipping workflow is activated.

Customs and import handling

The commercial launch will use a defined import process so customers are not surprised by unclear delivery responsibilities. The final duty/tax treatment will be documented after the operating route is confirmed.

Rush orders

Rush production or expedited shipping should only be shown as available when capacity and carrier timing have been confirmed for that order. Labelay will not use an automatic rush promise that the production partner cannot reliably support.
