Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Labelay, a store operated by CreoDise LLC.

Custom specifications

Each order is produced from the material, dimensions, shape, finish, quantity, number of designs, and artwork selected or supplied by the customer. The order confirmation and any approved proof form part of the production specification.

Payment and production

Payment authorization may be required before production. Production may be held until artwork and required approvals are complete. Estimated production and delivery times begin from the point stated in the applicable product, quote, or order communication.

Artwork

The customer is responsible for supplying lawful content and accurate information. Files may be adjusted for technical production requirements such as bleed, sizing, color preparation, or cut paths where appropriate.

Multiple designs

Where multiple designs are combined into one bulk order, eligibility depends on the specifications shown by the configurator or confirmed for the order. Design quantities must total the ordered quantity.

Changes, cancellations, reprints, and refunds

Changes and cancellations are governed by our Refund, Reprint & Cancellation Policy. Custom goods that have entered production generally cannot be canceled for change of mind.

Production time and shipping transit time are separate. See our Shipping Policy for shipping terms and delay procedures.

Legal rights

These Terms of Sale supplement, and do not waive, rights that apply under mandatory consumer protection or other applicable law.
