These Terms of Service govern your use of Labelay and purchases made through labelay.com. Labelay is operated by CreoDise LLC.

Our service

Labelay provides custom printed product labels and related artwork, proofing, production, and fulfillment services. Product availability, materials, specifications, prices, and production methods may change as our offering evolves.

Orders and acceptance

An order is subject to acceptance and may require usable artwork, proof approval, payment authorization, and production feasibility. We may contact you to resolve specifications or artwork issues before production.

Pricing

Prices displayed by the configurator or product pages are based on the specifications selected. We may correct obvious pricing, configuration, or technical errors before production. If a correction materially changes the amount payable, we will seek your approval before proceeding.

Customer artwork and intellectual property

You retain ownership of rights you hold in artwork you submit. By submitting files, you grant CreoDise LLC, Labelay, and necessary production partners a limited license to store, review, reproduce, modify for production preparation, manufacture, and fulfill the order. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to use the submitted content.

Do not submit content that infringes third-party rights, violates law, is deceptive, or cannot lawfully be printed or distributed.

Proofs and customer responsibility

If a proof is provided, review it carefully. You are responsible for checking spelling, content, sizing, barcodes, QR codes, dates, and customer-controlled elements. Approval authorizes production based on that proof.

Production tolerances

Commercial printing involves reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Screen color is not a guaranteed representation of printed color. Minor variations in color, trim, registration, roll alignment, material appearance, or finish can occur.

Prohibited use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with security, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse our services.

Third-party services

The store may rely on Shopify and third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, analytics, production, shipping, and other functions.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CreoDise LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products where such limitation is permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
