Shipping & Turnaround
Custom-label timing has three separate parts: artwork approval, production and carrier transit. Keeping those stages separate makes schedules easier to understand and plan.
1. Artwork review and approval
We review submitted artwork for common production issues. If a file needs correction, clarification or approval, production does not begin until that issue is resolved.
2. Production
Production begins after the order specifications and production-ready artwork are confirmed. Typical production is 1–4 business days. Material availability, quantity, finishing requirements and unusual specifications can affect the production schedule.
3. Shipping and transit
Carrier transit begins after production is complete. Typical transit is 1–5 business days unless checkout or order communication shows a different service estimate. Delivery timing depends on destination, service level and carrier conditions, so transit time should be planned separately from production time.
Planning around a deadline
If the labels are tied to a launch, event or packaging deadline, build in room for artwork revisions and carrier variability. Do not treat an estimated delivery date as a production guarantee for a time-critical project.
What can extend the timeline?
- Artwork that needs correction or customer approval
- Changes to material, finish, size, quantity or design count
- Specialty materials or non-standard construction
- Carrier delays or destination-specific delivery issues
