Packaging launches become stressful when design, container sourcing and production happen in parallel without a clear order. A label can be visually finished and still be unusable if the container changes a week later.
A launch checklist creates dependencies: package before final size, final size before print-ready artwork and approved artwork before production quantity.
Confirm the physical package
Choose the production bottle, jar, pouch or box and verify its dimensions. Check straight label panels, seams, curves and opening areas.
If multiple package sizes are launching together, measure each rather than assuming one label proportion can simply be scaled.
Define the label specification
Choose size, shape, material and finish as one complete specification. Compare material options in the Material Guide and make sure the choice fits the real storage and handling environment.
Create a full-size paper mockup before finishing the artwork.
Complete the artwork and functional checks
Review bleed, safe area, image resolution, fonts, QR codes and barcodes. Verify every product name and variation independently.
Use the Label Proofing Checklist as a final pre-production pass.
Plan production quantity and launch timing
Make sure the first label quantity aligns with the number of packaged units that will actually be ready. Include a reasonable application buffer without building excessive obsolete inventory.
Once the launch specification is locked, use Get an Instant Price and schedule production with enough time for packing and launch preparation.
Build a small timing buffer between receiving the labels and the public launch. That gives the team time to inspect the first finished packages, photograph the final product and correct any packing or application issue before customer orders begin to move.
Turn the guide into a real specification.
Choose your material, size, shape, finish and quantity, then see the price before checkout.
